Professional Copyright + Full Print Use Release

The bearer of this notice has the right own full resolution sized images with the release share both digitally and in print from their session with Tisha Pol Photography. They are granted permission to print the images and make an unlimited number of prints at any size, for personal and professional use only.

Images posted to any form of social media or being displayed on your own personal/professional website may not be altered in any way. This includes but not limited to applying filters or additional editing done by yourself or someone other than Tisha Pol Photography, adding borders or stickers, or cropping the images outside the standard social media crop restrictions.

The bearer agrees that they may not sell, give, or trade any Tisha Pol Photography images for commercial or editorial purposes to a third party business for use. Examples include but not limited to: feed or tack companies, show organizations, clothing brands, etc. The images are only released to the person/business in which business with Tisha Pol Photography was done and they may use the images for their own advertisements, promotions, award announcements, etc. This includes allowing associations and publications to use the images within reason for the client’s promotion, ads, or achievements.

This agreement does not include the use of the images for financial gain such as advertising, selling as stock photography, or entering into any type of competition without further permission from Tisha Pol Photography.

Tisha Pol Photography retains the copyright to all images, per USC Title 17 (US Copyright Law). This form is extending the right to the bearer for printing and sharing the images from their portrait session for personal use.
